2011 Award of Merit Articles

The Award of Merit Winners are outstanding articles featured in local rose society newsletters. Newsletters are invaluable in recruiting new members, and disseminating information. The competition gives us the opportunity to reward societies, their editors, and authors for outstanding labors.
