2008 QUILT FUNDRAISER DONATION FORM

This lovely king-sized quilt, created by ARS member Kathy Wyckoff of Seattle could be yours! Kathy has graciously donated the quilt to the ARS to benefit the society¹s Editorial Department Computer Upgrade Fund. For every $10 donation to the computer fund you will have your name entered twice into a drawing for the quilt, which will be on display at the Spring National Convention in Denver.

Donations may be made using this form or by calling ARS Headquarters (1-800-637-6534, ext. 103), or at the convention. The drawing will be held July 31, 2008. Funds raised though this effort will be used to upgrade software used in the production of your American Rose magazine.
